I have a problem with deers in my world!

[777LR]

For the last few sessions, I’ve only been seeing deer in every biome – no cows, pigs or sheep at all. This problem is driving me mad; I’ve tried everything. I’ve travelled hundreds of blocks, killed every one I’ve seen, and still nothing. Please help.

it's winter. other passive mobs don't spawn in winter, just the deer.
