Adds C418's three underwater tracks for r1.13, the Update Aquatic.

Tracks play when outside water as well, as it's not currently possible to make them play only underwater like in vanilla.

Versions include 7.3, the 7.4 nightlies and 8.0+. 7.4 and above display music toasts, and 8.0 and above can be enabled by setting the soundtrack toggle in the audio settings to Mixed (the default setting) or Minecraft (only the base soundtrack)

In the future this pack may get updated to play only underwater, if that ever becomes possible

Updated for 8.0+. Sorted into the same category as the base C418 soundtrack, meaning pack tracks should show if you have the setting set to Minecraft or Mixed
