The Aquatic Singles [7.3][7.4]

Adds C418's three underwater tracks for r1.13, the Update Aquatic.
Tracks play when outside water as well, as it's not currently possible to make them play only underwater like in vanilla.

Includes a version for the 7.4 nightlies. Currently just supports the toast notification in the corner for what song is playing
In the future this pack may get updated to play only underwater, if that ever becomes possible
