[BTA UI] If you can change one aspect of the current BTA UI...

whether it's settings menu, crafting menu, recipe books, what would you change to make it more intuitive?

Personally, I would have the BTA search bar not confined in a separate tab, and is visible across the settings page like Mod Menu for example.

I would personally make similar recipes like dying wood be an expandable list, like it's done in GT:NH.
I would also make the recipe book more accessible by having a small button in the inventory UI that opens it, because most people don't read the toasts that appear when you first load a world.

I would definitely add how many items does each fuel can smelt. It just makes sense to be in the guidebook (and I don't want to search the Wiki for it)

Probably the crafting UI. I personally would really like some sorta Terraria style crafting menu where instead of having to shape out the items, I could just either chunk them into a grid and from there show a list of stuff I could craft, or just take it straight from the inventory. There's another mod for beta that does something similar to that. I know that the shaped crafting is a big part of Minecraft's identity, but I personally really enjoy the flow I can achieve when all I need to do is click what I need instead of placing every item into a grid. Especially for items I'm less familiar with like redstone components, which usually takes a trip to the recipe book and ends up wasting my precious seconds

what do you mean you don't have every type of fuel memorized by the amount of items you can smelt and constantly make sure you get the most bang for you buck /s

I definitely would add tabs in creative menu. I am still wondering why they aren't still here

I would literally only add quick stack to nearby chests and nothing else I love BTA UI

Mostly because I haven't found an implementation I like yet.

I know it's unrealistic, because it goes against Minecraft's design. But I would do a lot for a Terraria style stack/refill from nearby chests without having to click on each individual chest. There is a mod that does this for modern, and a similar one for BTA where you can somewhat do this but you have to be in the chest UI first

What about LCE implementation of tab categories?
