What are your favorite/underrated block combinations?

Share block combinations that you like to use for builds or just think are cool!
It can be something as basic as oak wood + cobblestone, but it would be especially awesome to hear about block combinations that you don't see as often but think are neat
Some of my personal favorites:
blue + white + oak planks. Together they give off a very calming feeling. Used this combination for a quiet library for this reason
oak wood&planks + red bricks + green planks. It reminds me of strawberries, something foresty in general. Maybe even a little bit festive. Bonus points if moss and leaves are added to the mix
