Better than Adventure! Forum

Is it just me or has the forum died down a lot since the first couple weeks open? I understand that forums aren't the """main""" means of talking to people and are fairly slow, but at the same time it doesn't feel like as many posts are happening...

I feel the same tbh. Sad to see this forum getting stale

When i first saw the topic i thought this was gonna be about being paranoid when playing the game alone lol

But yeah, although having a constantly bustling forum would be nice, its natural for activity to slow down once the initial hype wears off, nothing to be too worried about. I'm sure once the update is released people will have a lot more to discuss on here

Should also consider that a lot of the people on the forums are from the discord. It'll take a while for a forum dedicated community to grow.

yeah... I mean, thus why I picked the title "paranoia" because I've never experienced forums before, pre-existing or from creation, so I have ZERO reference to work with...

The Discord is quieter than usual atm too. I just think the community’s in a bit of a hibernation period, waiting for the new update.

Once 7.4 is released I expect the forums to pick up as well.

And also forums generally have a lower threshold for being considered active since unlike discord where if someone doesn’t post for a day it’s dead, topics can stay fresh for a lot longer. Just because a forum doesn’t have a flood of topics and discussions every day doesn’t mean there isn’t a wealth of users checking it regularly.

As long as this forum will remain getting mods and asset packs posted - it should be fine IMO. Personally, I see this forum more like a database of community content rather traditional forum for discussions (Kinda similar situation happended with Sonic Robo Blast 2 forum AFAIK)

That was part of the plan with the forum too. Once it gets into search results more it should help people who are looking for BTA info who may not want to be in a discord.
