  (Pre-edit I suggested https://compresspng.com/ it is still quite good yet not as good as the new suggestion)
• This is a good site for animated content, perhaps not the best for the forums due to not having a 2mb option. It honestly might be better for discord uploads with that 10mb preset. https://autocompressor.net/ Best way to get something animated onto the forums would be via an apng/gif or uploading a proper video to an external site and embedding it
• This is a nice free place if you’ve got something larger than 2mb even after compression. https://catbox.moe/
  Compress it for them ofc, they’ve made it free after all.
  You can embed links from this site with the IMG tags iirc.
• The upload limit is also per message, so you can always upload multiple messages with compressed images
