Wierd sounds from the game

Lately i have been experiencing some oddities after playing the mod. Everytime i go caving, a sound plays after being underground for some time.
These sounds sound like *bzzzt* or *beeep*. Everytime i hear them my head starts to hurt and it makes me sick

I am scared to play this game.
Also (tho might be unrelated to the sounds) i have been seeing some wierd stuff, prob halucinations? Idk man.
I did have some problems with my left ear but i dont think that the cause is that my ear is infected because it never hurts...
I never had any broblems with these sounds so it is def wierd. I am going to the doc tommorow to figure out wtf is happening.
*NOTE: The sounds dont play as often when my pc is completely muted, however they still do play sometimes
. The only silution i have found is plugging my headphones in so the sound doesnt go out-loud.
