Dang that sucks. I have a wolf on a single player world that this doesn't happen to. Maybe it's a multiplayer issue?

I personally really like carpets from modern Minecraft. However I do believe that backporting too many features could harm the simplicity of beta Minecraft.

The closest thing we have to slime blocks are reinforced pistons launching people. That being said I don't think we'll ever get anything that could result in a flying machine.

I run a private server for me and my friends. My friend named a bunch of sheep so they would not despawn for her barn build. For some reason the sheep have just started randomly dying. None of us have killed them and neither have our wolves and it looks like their pen has enough space so they don't ...

I like the default look of Minecraft a lot, but I do prefer Jappa's textures over the beta textures. There aren't many texture packs like that for BTA unfortunately.

oooooo you're right I really like the mountain idea!

Anyone have any ideas for nether portal rooms? I usually like to make small builds for the portal away from my main base. Maybe like a cathedral to give it a cultish atmosphere or a bunker to keep the dangers sealed away. What do you guys think?
