Adds the album-only tracks from C418's Volume Alpha.

Versions include 7.3, the 7.4 nightlies and 8.0+. 7.4 and above display music toasts, and 8.0 and above can be enabled by setting the soundtrack toggle in the audio settings to Mixed (the default setting) or Minecraft (only the base soundtrack)

Normalised the loudness of the download I got by -26 db (the beta tracks were -23db) to match them up to the tracks already in BTA - these are notes for myself if I ever need to adjust them again

Updated for 8.0+. Sorted into the same category as the base C418 soundtrack, meaning pack tracks should show if you have the setting set to Minecraft or Mixed
