Adds the album-only tracks from C418's Volume Alpha.

Included are versions for the 7.4 nightlies. Currently all they do is support the toast notification in the corner for what song is playing

Normalised the loudness of the download I got by -26 db (the beta tracks were -23db) to match them up to the tracks already in BTA - these are notes for myself if I ever need to adjust them again
