[7.3_04] Better Skyblock!

[wigglymiggly]

This is a mod that attempts to make every item that is obtainable in normal worlds, also obtainable in skyblock, while keeping the original limited resources and slow progression.

This means that items that usually cannot be acquired (Mob spawners, Bedrock, etc) also cannot be obtained in this mod.

Most of the main progression is done using loot tables, and one of the most important changes is actually enabling biomes in skyblock to allow for biome specific items.

It also uses the recipebuilder for recipes, because its easier

Version 3 update!!! I think there are no longer any items that you cant obtain in this that you cant in a normal extended default world.

btw, if we get iron from zombie, then make the mesh to make the trommel, what i must to use it for? dirt not renewable, and graverl required me to have steel.

i think there is something missing or Isk how i must progress without dirt?!

ik i can get gravel from trommel dirt via flint and pebbles, but then how i can get my dirt back ..

is there any rare mob drops or mechanic you add or plan to add to make this work?

or u just make that we just grind iron from zombie and kill the ghast to get the nether coal and make the steel Piston and then farm the gravel?

if so, the only dirt we get is from the main island only.
right?

yes, that is the intended progression route.

I didnt add renewable dirt, as limited dirt is a staple of skyblock.

now i only have like 64 dirt and 27 sand
i use the dirt to make a passive mobs farm .. and i trommel 24 sand and i only got a 5 netherrack ..
but i think this is not enough for the ghast to spawn.

Dirt can be converted to and from mud, mud falls like sand, it can be duped with a modified sand duper.

If required, there are options…

ghasts should spawn on a single netherrack

i have 5 and did not spawn.. i play on single player not a server .. it is must be A specific lighting level or a specific block pattern?
