[8.0.1] WordEdit for BTA!

BTA's "WorldEdit", updated to v8.0.1.
This is the version of the clone made by Azure, Cookie and I. This mod is intended to be cross compatible with BunyEdit, due to an incomplete feature set. No major feature updates are planned, unless someone else would like to work on the project.

Updated to 8.0. I've also fixed a few minor bugs.
