Modern-esque features in BTA

I dont know, i just feel like SOME of the modern features should be brought over in some fashion or another into BTA. The things missing that ive noticed so far are just small things but would make it so much better, for example being able to dye your dogs collar, or even being able to put bonemeal on a mushroom to grow it. Those things are lacking and i feel like theres probobly more but id love to hear your guys thoughts.

Iam very much in favor of this if the option comes with a toggle in settings !, if many of thos modern-esque features came to the mod eventually it will start feeling like modern minecraft in a sense, personally i have found a lot of joy in the fact that BTA is i a sense the path that minecraft never took , but its great to have the option for moder features nontheless!
