So I fused multiple components from other's redstone builds, I think it can be improved more. But I have no capacity to do it. Also, it's been months since I last played and made this 3 months back.
I hope others can make this more compact and faster without any delays

The reason for the item in the activator slots it to make it still pass over those slots when powered, but be unable to flip the lever.
