Creative Color Numbers

Adds colored numbers to your inventory so you always know what numbers to use for commands with colored blocks.
Adds text codes for use with signs and labels

The most useful mod for making maps, i recommend it 8-)

The colored items are already sorted by id in the creative menu, theres no need for this imo :wolfblock:

Updated link. Now also includes text codes, such as bold or random text
