You can set what seed is shown to the users by adding the fake-seed value to the server.properties file, otherwise it just defaults to 0!
This is very useful to stop players from cheating with commands on their single player worlds to find biomes and structures.
While it is not bullet proof due to seed-cracking methods, I think this mod could still be a good first line of defense.
I might add options to it to the future such as bedrock smoothing to further fight seed cheaters.
